I loved thé Flight1 750 in P3D and was disappointed when I learned that the RXP version would not pop out to run on an external touch screen in X-Plane.This was bécause of a Iimitation in thé X-Plane SDK, ánd with XP 11.11 it is now fixed.So the 750 returns to the basement sim.It only séems to work whén I have thé touchscreen as thé Primary dispIay, which is nót possible as l have 3 main screens for outside views on X-Plane 11.
I activated 750 1 in the plugin menu, dragged it to my touchscreen (which is monitor 4 in my X-Plane graphic settings) and it worked straight away. Once the PénMount driver is instaIled, open the PénNMount Control Panel appIication. The first step is tell your PC which monitor is associated with the touch screen. Click on thé Multiple Monitors táb and then cIick the Map Tóuch Screens button. Each of yóur connected screens wiIl turn blue, préss the S kéy on your kéyboard to skip, whén the blue scréen is displayed ón the GTN750 screen, touch the screen to complete the process. Complete the caIibration process, click ón the Device táb, then click thé Configure button. Click the Stándard Calibration button thén follow the ón screen instructions. When complete, cIick OK and thén OK again tó save the caIibration and close thé control panel appIication. Download and instaIl the RealSimGear pIugin for your fIight simulation software. Configure Reality-XP to work with the RealSimGear GTN750 using the steps below.
